Memorandum of Understanding

between

the Royal Government of Italy

and

the Royal Government of Japan

regarding

Bilateral Cooperation Agreement

The Royal Government of Italy and the Royal Government of Japan (hereinafter referred to as the Parties):

DESIRING to strengthen further the existing bonds of traditional friendship between the two countries;

RECOGNISING that as a result of claims made by the two countries;

CONSIDERING that it is in the best interests of the two countries to agree the bilateral cooperation.

TAKING NOTE of the understanding reached between their respective senior officials as reflected in the agreed minutes of the informal consultation done at Rome on 11 March 2011 and at Tokyo on 12 March 2011:

HAVE AGREED AS FOLLOWS :

1.      The Royal Government of Italy and the Royal Government of Japan will have a bilateral cooperation for 50 years

2.      The Royal Government of Italy will divide the Royal Government of Japan the natural resources which owned by The Royal Government of Italy.

3.      The Royal Government of Italy will provide tax free for the Japanese citizens who come to Italy to tour the tourist attractions in Italy.

4.      The Royal Government of Japan will provide the technological results from Japan to the Royal Government of Italy.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersign being duly authorized by their respective Government, have signed the Present Memorandum of Understanding.
